You may choose furnished or unfurnished. However, you may consider that Voltage in Perú is 220/60hz if you are planning to bring your home appliances.
Guarantee Deposit: A deposit equivalent to 2 months is required upon the signature of the contract. This deposit will be returned at the termination of the contract, as long as the property is left in good condition and all bills have been paid.
Duration: The contract is signed generally for a period of two years and coulb be renewable.
Termination: If for any reason the tenant needs to terminate the contrac before the termination date, he should send a writthen notification to the landlord two months in advance.
Comission fee: The tenant will not pay any Real Estate commision. The landlord will pay the commission to the Real Estate Agent.
An Indication of Rental Prices: It will vary acoording to the location of the property an if it is furnished or unfurnished. In general is about 0.6 % of the market value of the property.
Additional Payments: The tenant is reponsible for the monthly payment of utilities such as electricity, telephone, water, maintenance of the bulding and the community charges for public services.
Temporary Housing: You can find Apart Hotels full furnished, with kitchenaid, living/dining room, fax, TV, VHS. You may also hire full furnished apartments for days or weeks.
